Your overall health has a large impact on your life. Regan Archibald has a newer book called, Your Healthy Self that focuses on overall health and how you can achieve that in your life.

If you look at the title of the book, you can see that there can be a play on the words– “heal thyself.” 

One of the most important things about health is the concept of health independence. If you don’t have your health independence, you really are living in a really risky zone.

This can be because you are dependent on surgery or on medication for your health. It may be that you are dependent on someone else to take care of you. If you are dependent on these things or people, this is where you lose a lot of freedom and are no longer independent.

Life is meant to be lived fully and freely, but when you are not health independent, those freedoms vanish. 

Your Healthy Self

The healthy self is based on three core criteria. The first thing is taking a simple strategy for your health that is based on science and testing. Health should not be a guessing game.

People get tests but they don’t really know what their labs mean and how their labs are affecting their health. Health independence is understanding how to interpret your own labs and also have a team of doctors and scientists working by your side.

It is important that these healthcare professionals are working with you and not just a healthcare professional that says you have a certain diagnosis, and here’s the treatment and then you will be on medication for the rest of your life. 

Playing guessing games with your health will not solve anything. The educational process is crucial. If you, as a patient, are properly educated about your own health, then you are capable of taking control of your health. 

For example, acupuncture is a great method for helping people gain control of their health. You change the electromagnetic frequencies and you balance out your neurological system. This is a procedure that doesn’t need medications.

All you need is a great acupuncturist who is knowledgeable and that can help and guide you to help your body heal. Acupuncture is also a great treatment to use with other therapies. 

Aging is the number one cause of death. Aging kills 100,000 people each day. It’s time to get rid of that number one disease and help people live pain-free. Living pain-free helps create an abundance of health. 

Finding Your Abundance Of Health

One of the biggest things about creating an abundance of health is fostering healthy relationships and connecting deeply with those people that are around you. 

Creating an abundance of health is knowing that something is off in your body and doing something about it. For example, if you have an ache or a pain, take care of that before it gets super bad. 

In the webinar, Cade tells about how he had a back injury over the weekend. He went in on Monday and got it taken care of and within a few days, his back was feeling great.

Often times, we put off getting our injuries resolved but when we do, we are just causing more pain and harm to our selves. Also, we are missing out on the abundance of life.

With Cade, if he had waited a few weeks or a few months to get things resolved, he would have missed out on his regular exercise routine, or playing on the lake or even hanging out with his kids. Solving the issue is the best solution.
