Regan Archibald, Lac, FMP, is one of the leading Peptide Specialists in the nation and serves as a Regenerative Therapy and Peptide Consultant at the award-winning clinic he founded in 2004, EastWest Health (acueastwest.com) and Integrated Pain Specialists. Regan is the founder of Go Wellness and is the creator of the Peptide Mastery Course. He is a member of the International Peptide Society. He is the author of 8 books including, Never Stop Healing and Your Health Transformation.As a Peptide Expert, Licensed Acupuncturist, and Functional Medicine Practitioner, Regan brings immense innovation and cutting-edge options for those looking to recover from pain, balance hormones, or increase performance or optimize their health. His clinic, EastWest Health, is the first Medically Managed Peptide Program that includes the use of Acupuncture and Herbs, Regenerative Medicine, and Functional Medicine.

He loves to ski, snowboard, mountain bike, take ice baths, bio-hack, and is passionate about bringing art back into the practice of medicine.

Aimee is a nurse practitioner who received her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from the University of Utah in 2018. She is nationally certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Prior to this, she worked as a registered nurse since 2004. She has worked in many specialties throughout her career to include: gastroenterology, colon and rectal surgery, urgent care, aesthetics, med/surg, reproductive care, and more.

She has always integrated traditional and holistic medicine into her practice, as she feels we need a balance to offer the best chance of healing. She has had her own health challenges and has been able to see and experience how alternative treatments and improved lifestyles can offer significantly improved benefits over traditional health care protocols.

She is excited to be part of a team that believes in helping transform patients’ lives. In her free time, she loves to have quality time with her son, socialize with friends, get out in nature, enjoy live music and festivals, and travel as much as possible.

Sara Supinski is a nationally board-certified (NCCAOM) and Utah-licensed acupuncturist. In 2012, she graduated from the Southwest Acupuncture College with a Master’s of Science in Oriental Medicine. Sara has advanced training in Functional Medicine, Peptide Therapy and has completed a fellowship training program with Wild Health. With her membership in the International Peptide Society and collaborative work at EastWest Health, Sara is one of the leading Peptide Specialists and Functional Medicine Practitioners in the nation.

Through Sara’s worldly travels she was introduced to an integrative approach to medicine. She discovered that there is more to helping the body heal than medications and standard medical care. Sara loves helping people optimize their wellness by determining the underlying cause of their condition through proper testing and comprehensive treatment strategies. She seeks to gently guide her patients through every step of their recovery, recognizing the journey is as important as the result. In her free time, Sara enjoys all things fitness, especially biking, and cooking elaborate meals for her family of 4.

Born in Salt Lake City, I moved to Wyoming where I was raised, and took full advantage of the hunting and fishing opportunities there. I completed a double major in Kinesiology and Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Wyoming in 2021 where I spent time working for the football team and in student athletic training. I am certified in Personal Training and PPSC (Pain Free Performance Specialist) meaning I specialize in training individuals that suffer from chronic pain and finding ways to keep them moving. In my spare time, I love to lift weights, fish, hike, and hunt. I love football and can think of no better day than a day spent watching football with friends and family.

Sherrie Papa is a chiropractor and functional medicine practitioner who has spent over 20 years expertly leading patients to optimal health. However, her passion for holistic healthcare started way back when she was only twelve years old, inspired by her own childhood chiropractor. In 2001, she graduated from Southern California University of Health Sciences with a doctorate of chiropractic medicine. Sherrie has since received advanced training in functional medicine through Adapt Academy and certification in women’s integrative medicine through the New Medicine for Women Institute. She is currently pursuing an acupuncture diplomate as well as an internal medicine diplomate (learning is her love language).

Dr. Sherrie marries the ancient wisdom of traditional medicine practices like ayurveda, yoga, and pranayama she learned while studying in India and herbal folk medicine with the latest cutting-edge biohacking that modern science has to offer. She loves helping patients discover the root causes of symptoms so that she can guide them through a transformative health experience. Outside of time spent working virtually with patients, you will find Sherrie biking, hiking, doing yoga, and spending time with her husband, 3 children, 2 dogs, 18 chickens, and 2 bunnies in the Nashville area.

Tasha Sannar is a Nurse Practitioner at EastWest Health. She is board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has over 20 years of professional experience in primary care, critical care, cardiology, and functional health.
Tasha is a Utah native. She earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Westminster College in Salt Lake City, Utah, and went on to earn her master’s degree in nursing with honors from Chamberlain University. In 2019, she and her family relocated to Nevada to pursue other opportunities in healthcare as a Nurse Practitioner. In her free time, Tasha enjoys baking, spending time outdoors camping and traveling, and will go out of her way to spend time with her extended family.

Tasha provides high-quality care to her patients and takes a holistic approach to healthcare. She incorporates her patients as partners in care and believes the better educated they are about the goals for treatment, the better the health outcomes.

Shianne has been helping people heal using alternative treatment modalities since 2009, where she began her journey as a Massage Therapist. She received a dual Masters of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the Virginia University of Integrative Medicine, and has expanded her skill in bodywork by becoming certified in Structural Integration. Shianne is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the Academy of Chinese Culture and Health Sciences, where the curriculum has a special emphasis on treatment for orthopedic disorders and utilizing classical Chinese medicine approaches to herbal medicine.

For the past eight years, Shianne has been working in a hospital setting treating individuals with diagnoses that range from Dementia to addiction and PTSD. Her experience with Inpatient mental health has piqued her interest in exploring the inextricable link between the impact of physical illness on mental health, and vice versa. When she is not working or learning something new, Shianne enjoys rock climbing, practicing yoga, reading, and hiking with her dog.

Nicole was raised in Evanston Wyoming, which sits right on the Wyoming/Utah border. She spent most of my childhood playing sports, hunting, fishing, and spending most of my time outdoors. She recently moved to Utah which has been great, especially the proximity to home and family.

She attended the University of Wyoming where she completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and Health Promotion in 2022 and her Master’s Degree in Kinesiology in 2023. Nicole also has a graduate certificate in Community and Public Health. Through her education, and several internships with healthcare professionals, she found a passion for helping others live a healthy life.

Her educational background aligns perfectly with my position as a Fitness Advisor here at EastWest Health. She loves all things fitness and believes that exercise is medicine. When Nicole is not at work or in the gym she can be found with her two black labs, Whiskey and Wrangler.

Andie Bryce has worked in many areas of healthcare, starting with a Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Technology (BDentTech) from Otago University in New Zealand. Also training at Middlemore Hospital in Auckland, the plastic surgical-focused hospital in NZ at the time, trained in all dental restorations, along with all facial prosthesis. This lead to a commitment to the best patient outcomes and quality of life. Andie is now a certified Health Coach with IIN – Institute for Integrated Nutrition NYC.

Health coaching brings together Andie’s passion for healthcare/patient care and patient outcome Andie finds her work so very rewarding, helping clients achieve their best outcomes and best lives.

Andie enjoys a very active and full life, traveling to Sydney to enjoy time with her four fabulous adult children and the cutest wee twin granddaughters, Wren and Juniper – pure love.

Jeni Eyre, CHES, Health Coach, Graduated with a BS degree in Community Health Promotion and Education, minor in nutrition, and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine. Jeni loves wellness! She earned her bachelor’s degree in Community Health Promotion and Education from the University of Utah, with a minor in Nutrition. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine from The University of Western States.

Jeni has been with EastWest Health for four years, and LOVES working with patients every day. As she has worked closely with medical providers, she sees the importance of a team approach, as well as the importance of both eastern and western medicine. Jeni loves to sit with patients and help them get to the root cause of their health concerns through discovery sessions. Apart from her professional and educational interests, Jeni spends every chance she can to get outdoors. Her favorite activities include trail-running, hiking, touring national parks, and traveling whenever possible. Jeni enjoys cooking and creating new recipes, connecting with neighbors in her community, and spending time with her husband and family.

Anne Markt is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and has been coaching clients to wellness for the past 10 years.

She has coached patients of many functional medicine clinics nationwide, both in person and virtually, while learning optimal resources for health and longevity. EastWest Health offers one of the best programs she’s ever encountered in Functional Medicine and biohacking.

Anne’s specialty is working with clients who have struggled with yo-yo dieting for years and feel confused, stressed, and metabolically burnt out! She’s successfully helped clients transform their relationship with food and their bodies entirely.

Anne is also the published co-author of the book “Never Stop Healing” with Regan Archibald, FMP and provides virtual Corporate Wellness presentations for companies like RELX, FAF, Hitachi, and more.

In her free time, she is a professional singer and songwriter for music licensing companies, wrote a musical with her husband they plan to produce in the U.S., and has performed professionally in New York City and across the world. Health is a journey. Anne overcame a years-long battle with binge eating thanks to meditation many years ago, transformed her childhood and college addictions to gluten, dairy, and sugar thanks to her health coaching tools, and successfully stopped calorie counting and obsessing over her weight. Meisja spent much of her formative youth in rural Utah working with and around ranch animals. After spending 2 years working in functional veterinary medicine she realized that the endemic issue of ignoring root cause was not just an animal problem. Feeling that the best way to elicit global change is through education, Meisja enrolled in the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and became a Certified Health Coach. She now works in the capacity of care coordinator ensuring that patients can strategize a way to receive the care that will best help them improve their quality of life.
